Dogs are better because they are more human-like. Dogs are able to be trained to do amazing things. Some dogs even save lives. Dogs also are able to form bonds with humans. They are able to sense emotions, and even feel emotions themselves. For example, if you are crying, some dogs will actually comfort you and whine with you. They are able to sense that you are not yourself and can comfort you in a human-like way. Cats cannot do this, and typically don’t even know the difference between their owners and a stranger.
